Unknown Fate is a surreal, story-driven action-adventure that smacks you in the face with gorgeous weirdness, mind-bending puzzles, and creatures that look like someone fed a blender to a dream and hit “chaos.” Pog, but also terrifying. 10/10 would scream again.
You play as a lost soul with a memory like Swiss cheese, stitching together fragments of a life that maybe happened, maybe didn’t, in a world that constantly rearranges itself. One minute you’re traversing a sunlit cathedral made of broken mirrors, the next you’re crawling through a city whose streets rearrange like a boss fight chessboard. Combat is tight and stylish — dodge, parry, and land brutal counters with gear you craft from the world’s oddities. Puzzles? Expect brain-scramble levels: physics-bending logic, perspective-shift riddles, and environmental hacks that reward creativity over brute force. If you think outside the literal box, you get the “big brain” badge. If not, RIP.
